Soupreme is a new-age pho restaurant anticipating opening in Whittier, CA. The concept stands in the face of strong competition from the OG pho spots to the new restaurants that give a modern twist on pho.

Build the brand around Gomy the Bear, a playful mascot, creating a warm, approachable identity that draws curious customers.
Creating Gomy not only gives the brand a recognizable and memorable face, but also addresses the challenge of potential unfamiliarity by presenting a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The playful character design appeals to a wide range of audiences — from families with sweet-toothed children to Gen Z customers who love collectibles, K-pop-inspired merchandise, and character-driven experiences. By making GOMY the centerpiece of the brand, every touchpoint, from packaging to in-store displays, communicates approachability while reinforcing a cohesive and engaging brand identity.
